Unfortunately, it can happen that the size or design of a figure was ordered incorrectly, the goods received didn't meet your expectations or were damaged during shipping.
Every product is checked for intactness and conformity before being shipped, packaged in the best possible way and yet it may not fit?
In all of these cases we would like to make the return as easy as possible for you and explain below how it works:


Return

You can return the ordered items within 14 days , without ifs and buts.
If you only want to exchange the ordered products, this is even possible for a period of 30 days . insofar as the figures are in an intact condition and show no signs of wear.


How do I send an article back?

Fill out the downloadable return form below (you can also print it out by clicking on the link provided) and send us an email with your return request to retoure@krippe.it

Pack the product carefully to avoid damage. Enclose the form and send the package back to the following address:

The return is free of charge , insofar as it concerns incorrectly delivered, defective or defective goods. You can request a prepaid parcel stamp by email, for which we may deduct (if not free) 8.90 EUR from the refund amount.

In the case of non-free returns, the additional postage charged by Post will be deducted from the reimbursement amount.
The use of the form is not a mandatory requirement for exercising the right of withdrawal. You can find detailed information on the cancellation and return conditions in our Right of revocation.


Have you already received the DHL return label from us?

There are two ways to print out the return label:

You print yourself:

Print out the PDF file you have received on a DIN A4 sheet and stick the right half clearly on your return. Please remove old shipping labels and barcodes beforehand.

DHL prints for you:

Show the QR code on your smartphone in a branch, a parcel shop, at your delivery service, or at a DHL Packstation. DHL prints the label for you. Please remove old shipping labels and barcodes beforehand.


How do I exchange an item?

If you want a new delivery (e.g. in a different size or version), so please order your desired item again via our online shop. So you can see immediately whether the desired article is still in stock.
